Shipping and Handling
 
Orders that are placed online will ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If for any reason a delay is expected with your order, we will contact you via e-mail. We do not ship internationally.
 
Postal Rates
 
Standard domestic orders will be sent via USPS and arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the shipped date. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped to the address provided with the order. Access Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, stolen or damaged packages, or lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
 
Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for online orders. PayPal is also accepted.
 
Order Status

You can view and track your order status by signing into your Access Boutique account and selecting “purchase history” from the dropdown menu. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before tracking your order.
 
In Store Pick Up
 
All online orders have the ability to be picked up at either our Milwaukee or Cedarburg locations. If you would like to do so, please enter online promo/discount code “PICKUP-MILW” for our Milwaukee location or "PICKUP-CED" for our Cedarburg location before checking out. We will contact you via e-mail when the item(s) are ready to be picked up. All pick up orders must be picked up within one week of ordering. Confirmation of order must be present at point of pick up. A purchase receipt is emailed to you upon completing your online order.
 
Return & Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of the original shipped date.

All returns will be issued a gift card for the total paid, less shipping charges.

For any exchange made, customer will be responsible for original postage and return postage. If item is no longer available, an Access Boutique gift card will be issued for the item/items returned value.

If the incorrect item was sent to you by mistake or there is a defect in the item you received, we will gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We will also refund you for the returned shipping cost.

To return your online purchase in store , you must bring in your packing slip receipt or we will not be able to process the return or exchange it. If you have misplaced your receipt, email info@shopaccessboutique.com to request a copy.

To return your item by mail, please include the packing slip receipt with your return order and mail you items to one of the addresses below:

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards 

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to get? Gift them with an all ACCESS pass to a gift of their choice with an Access Boutique gift certificate or gift card.

Both Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are available in the following 
denominations: $10, $25, $50 and $100.

Gift Certificates are valid IN STORE ONLY and have no additional processing fee.  They expire 1 year from the date of purchase and are delivered via mail.

Gift Cards are valid ONLINE ONLY and have no additional processing fee.  They have no expiration date and are delivered via email.
